I just used Alpha Chimney for the first time and received excellent service. I had a sudden issue with birds getting into one chimney and it was diagnosed and fixed right away. Black smoke was billowing from my chimney on a Sunday and I was concerned it could be a fire issue. I called 3 chimney sweeps to clean chimney. Alpha was the first company that followed up Monday morningat 9:00; they were at my home by 1:00 PM.that day. They were very responsive to my dilemma. igor their associate was very competent, efficient, polite and cleaned any mess created by the cleaning before he left. He also showed me my chimney liner disintegrated and was gone. He gave me a price which was very fair so I ordered the installation which he did install 2 days later. After the cleaning he also showed me the furnace needed a cleaning and was causing the black smoke.... read full review
