I wish it hadn't taken me so long to find Scissorgy/Blissful Spirit for my exercise in the Lakes Region. The studio is so clean, and beautiful with lots of natural light and all the yoga equipment one could need. Felicia, the owner (and the instructor I know best) has such a warm, encouraging, and friendly manner. Her 'cues' are also very good and I appreciate how her knowledge of the body keeps us following safe exercise practices. Come join us!!
Felicia is an incredibly generous and gifted teacher in the work of empowerment and really guiding folks to live the life they are meant for. I loved the course I took with her and I look forward to more. If you're feeling called to self-work in any way whether it be spiritual, physical or otherwise - she's is a fabulous teacher, human and guide - don't wait!
I had the absolute pleasure to join a privately organized Energy Clearing Class with Felicia - The business owner. This very special class was 90 minutes long. Our group came early to spend some time exploring the pendulums and Tarot Cards that Felicia provided. Nothing intense - just fun exploration. Many of us picking a card that had deep meaning for us. The class itself was Zen and soothing. Felicia had double mats laid out with bolsters, and a blanket. The room lighting was perfect. The music/sounds fit the ambiance of the class.
