From the very first phone call, their team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Scheduling routine maintenance was quick and easy, and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get me an appointment within just a couple of days.
Ben Dow was the service technician, and he was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely thorough in servicing my water system. NHWaterCare provided outstanding service. Ben came to our home and was knowledgeable, efficient, and focused. He showed us how to change our new water filter, was in and out quickly, ran a water test, and provided helpful feedback. We are so pleased with the installation of our whole house sediment and filter. It has elevated the water quality at our home.
