Branden helped me out with a couple of warranty issues with my camper on separate occasions. He showed up when he said he would, was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. He also had correspondents with our RV dealer to remedy the warranty rebates as well. He was personable and offered friendly advice for me as a first time RV owner . I have and will continue to use and recommend him highly in the future!

He arrived on time and only charged me a diagnostic fee, however I disagree the diagnoses. The reason that I disagree is the AC in the camper has not always worked the way it currently does. Also I do not think that a 13 degree differential from the thermostat to the air coming out is not normal.
