    Paul was an absolute life saver. My hot tub had a bad leak and is over 15 years old. After several phone calls. Paul was the only one who was willing to give it a look. He was responsive over text and after a quick diagnosis he had his team come out and it was ready in hours. All the reviews are true. Please save yourself the stress and hassle and give Paul a call.

    After 13 years, the heater on our Dimension One spa died, and fried the control board. Paul got us back in service today with a new Balboa set up. This company is the best in the spa repair business!

    Not sure 5 stars are enough. Very impressed with the old school work ethic and customer skills. I had a pump leaking at the worst possible time in the cold. The store I bought the tub from apparently uses a repair person that doesn’t work in the cold and didn’t have much advice other than to just winterize it and wait. So I looked for reviews on line and gave Paul a call. I could not possibly be happier with how he assessed the situation and provided advice on what to do until they could get out to me…which turned out to be only a few days new pump in hand (based on a photo I snapped of the old one).
