WHERE DO I START?! TJO Contracting LLC is probably the absolute best contracting company out there! They made all my dreams come true and actually stuck to the budget!! Tim gave me a pricing that was fair and was always the first one on the job and the last one to leave. They were here every day and not just when ‘products arrive’ like many other contractors. We have a Cape house and did a full dormer in the back with adding a second bathroom and walk in closet and laundry room. We also completely replaced deck. We cannot recommend TJO Contracting enough! We had 3 separate phases of our project and TJO completed all of it! Tim and his team were meticulous in their craftsmanship. The first phase: a full gut of our house built in 1900. Removing walls, adding/moving bathrooms, leveling floors, replacement windows, and rebuilding the staircase. Our home is now a modern wonder and we love it. The second phase was to restore the front porch to look similar to its original look, re-side the whole house, and add corbels to the roof-line.
