“let me just say that I'm beyond impressed with the staff.i over heard a "karen" early today(sorry to anyone w that name that is a good person) say so many stupid things .I woulda said get out we dont need your buisness.but the lady at the counter responded professionally and politely far more than I ever could of.im a chef by trade,so in general I dont got to deal w that. I was sincerely blown away with her composure during the whole ordeal.this customer griped over nothing,threatened to put them on blast on Facebook, and she handled it like a pro.i sincerely hope she does post something so I can add what I'm sure she will omit.great job bedford cleaners!
