Very impressed with the customer service and quality! I called with a last minute dress alteration and they were able to quickly turnaround within a week and just in time for my event!

Helen is the best!! I brought my wedding dress here after a different seamstress refused to fix things I was unhappy with, and I'll never go anywhere else! Helen is friendly, timely, and does amazing work. She explained to me multiple times what she was going to do to my dress and how she would fix it, and the results exceeded my expectations. Her prices are also so reasonable, I only wish I brought my dress here first!!
Helen is A Saint! I was lucky enough to get her on a non-busy part of the Fall season. I got completely screwed from a retailer, they promised a dress would come in within 2 weeks and it took over a month. My dress came in on Monday 10/13 at 8pm for a wedding I had that Saturday 10/18. I called many places in the area ...as expected they could not alter a train, and hem in 3 days. Helen, however, came to the rescue. Without hesitation she agreed to have my dress ready for the black tie wedding I had this Saturday. She was sweet kind and the finished product was impeccable! This woman is amazing.
