Start to finish the Nick Tracy Team did a great job. It was a one day job. Stripped the roof, replaced a few sheets of plywood, tamped down loose nails remaining in roof, laid a 6 foot water proof ( ice dam damage protection), full shingle replacement, all done in 1 day.
Bonus was the cleanup process, not an old shingle was found, better yet the yard was dragged with magnets - not a nail was left behind. Everything into a 20 yard dumpster on sight, it was gone next day! As was the portable potty.

Mike, in sales, was extremely thorough in explaining the concerns with my roof and providing a detailed overview of the estimate. He took the time to walk me through the different material options, warranty information, and everything that was included in the project. I also appreciated that he was upfront about any potential additional costs or optional upgrades if I chose to go beyond the recommended scope of work.

Your crew arrived on time, maintained a very clean work site throughout the project, and even finished ahead of schedule. The new shingles and flashing look fantastic, and the quality of workmanship is evident in every detail.
Communication was clear and professional from beginning to end, the pricing was very fair, and the crew was punctual, hardworking, and meticulous with the cleanup.
