I inadvertently entered the incorrect delivery address when ordering online. The delivery person was good enough to call me to get the correct address and subsequently delivered the beautiful sympathy arrangement. Hats off to the Merrimack Flower Shop and their delivery team for overcoming all odds and getting the flower arrangement to the correct address! Well done!!
The arrangement was beautiful, but what impressed me even more was the customer service. They called ahead to let me know they would not leave the flowers outside where they could spoil, and instead made sure that my sister-in-law would be home to receive them. That extra level of care and attention meant a lot and showed they genuinely care about both their products and their customers. Highly recommend!
I was sent the most beautiful and diverse flower arrangement from this shop!
I also love visiting their greenhouse—the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.
