I inadvertently entered the incorrect delivery address when ordering online. The delivery person was good enough to call me to get the correct address and subsequently delivered the beautiful sympathy arrangement. Hats off to the Merrimack Flower Shop and their delivery team for overcoming all odds and getting the flower arrangement to the correct address! Well done!!

The arrangement was beautiful, but what impressed me even more was the customer service. They called ahead to let me know they would not leave the flowers outside where they could spoil, and instead made sure that my sister-in-law would be home to receive them. That extra level of care and attention meant a lot and showed they genuinely care about both their products and their customers. Highly recommend!

Ordered 1 dozen Red, and Yellow Roses, and a Mixed Dozen Roses for a friend that lives on Candy Lane in Merrimack. The lady I spoke with was extremely friendly. I asked if they had anything Teal, but the only thing they had was the ribbon in Teal so she said she would wrap the vase with lots of Teal Ribbon. I tried leaving a tip, but she said unfortunately the system they use won't allow a tip. Instead she asked me to write a google review so here I am writing a 5 star review for this awesome Flower Shop. I so wish I had gotten the name of the lady who helped me, but when she reads this review she will know I wrote one. Thank you so much for the Awesome Roses you will send my friend, and thank you for being so kind on the phone. Lots of Love from Parker, CO.
