Responded to my initial phone call within 30 minutes. My furnace died, and we were cold! We couldn't wait - we needed a whole new furnace, A/C, and humidifier system (all were 20 yrs plus), and we needed it now. It was a bad position to be in, but MS and Sons came through. They responded quickly, diagnosed my problem, verified we needed new equipment, and they took out the old stuff, installed the new stuff, and had everything up and running in less than one day.
