The team from Conde Roofing, led by Alex was terrific! As promised, they installed our new roof in one day and we were very happy with the workmanship, materials, and end result. They followed the CertainTeed SureStart plus protocols which provides an extended warranty. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant to work with, and patiently answered all our questions. We would highly recommend Conde Roofing!
Just had the new roof put on this week and it looks amazing! Lonnie came out to inspect, quote, and spent plenty of time with us explaining the process and materials used. Katie was very prompt with emails and scheduling. Alex and his team worked quickly and efficiently. They did a great job cleaning up at the end. We had a very good experience with Conde and would definitely recommend them.
Tyler showed up on time, explained everything in great detail, and made sure all of our questions were answered! He also went above and beyond in checking in right before and after the job was already completed. Alex ran the crew very well and double checked the cleanup process making sure all the old nails were cleaned up so our dog wouldn’t get hurt in his backyard area. Thanks to everyone involved, our roof came out great!
