I absolutely love the Red Light sessions, they're so relaxing and I've lost some inches. I will post the total inches lost when I finish my 10th session on August 30th. The foot detox is great too! I had a lot of pain in my feet but since I started this, today is my 4th session, I just have occasional pain. Martha and Kayla, in the Meredith location, are kind and caring women. On a scale of 1 - 5, with 5 being great, I definitely give this business a 5! You'll love the sessions!
