Zibby is excellent and honest. He serviced my oil burner for years. I referred my two sisters who also loved him. Then my son had him install a brand new oil furnace in his home. Two years later I referred my daughter to him as she needed a new furnace and he had the best price. My other daughter has also been having Zibby service their oil burner. He has now serviced my new home gas burner and A/C unit. He responds quickly and is just a down to earth good person with reasonable repair costs. I would not have referred him to my whole family if I didn’t trust his expertise.

Zibby is everything I was looking for: very responsive and communicative (both while scheduling an appointment and on the day of my appointment before his arrival), punctual, courteous, respectful, highly knowledgable, experienced, and properly equipped. He rescued my 30-year-old oil furnace, which was sputtering and coughing, and got it humming along smoothly again by clearing out an obstruction in the fuel line, replacing the fuel filter and sprayer nozzle (both of which were absolutely caked in sludge), brushing and vacuuming out the insides of the heat exchanger, cleaning the air intakes, and correcting the igniter electrode spacing (remarking that the previous technician...read full review
