I had a great experience with Dylan. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and clearly prepared—she was already expecting me and greeted me right away. She even offered a beverage, which was a nice touch.
What stood out most was how well she listened and understood exactly what I wanted. She delivered a great cut and took the time to explain what she was doing, why it works, and how I can maintain it going forward. That level of detail and care really sets her apart.
