Overall great experience. The first employee (I believe Tasha) was very polite and friendly. She worked with us through the last few minutes of moving craziness and she did not make us feel badly at all for the amount of cleaning help we needed. The boss of our location (I cannot remember her name) did make us feel pretty terrible unnecessarily - the communication could have been more professional but overall she was nice and could have just used more consideration for talking to us as paying customers and as fellow humans. Very pleased with this service, had a deep clean, followed by a biweekly premium cleaning. Place is beautifully clean, now if I could only be neater!!Service: Standard cleaning
