I was able to get new glasses that fit my face so much better than the ones I had purchased in January at this location. Kacee D. figured out how to make it happen without costing me anything ! She made it easy peasy.
I needed a simple screw repair on a pair of glasses I bought there 3 years ago. Andrea Carrese couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and quick. She took care of my needs and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.
Went for an eye exam yesterday. Excellent experience! From the greeting at the door when I went in to the minute I left. A clean, professional place. Dr. Remillard was excellent! Had a ton of degrees on his walls and was extremely informative, friendly, thorough and explained everything in detail to me. His assistant ( I’m sorry I forgot your name) but you apparently were also extremely well educated on all the different machines and tests you put me through as well as documenting every detail of what I said about what’s going on with my eyes.
