Hot Yoga Manchester has made such a positive impact on my life. The staff and community of practitioners are so passionate, encouraging, and accepting. Grateful to be apart of this community. Studio and locker rooms are so spacious and always clean :)
Fabulous studio with wonderful, welcoming teachers and fellow students! Practice at any level, no judgment, and it feels great! The class schedule works with mine and they offer a variety of options. Studio is kept very clean and has a calming vibe.
What an amazing experience! I've never done anything like it! It was so worth the trial feee and if it were closer to my house, id already would have signed up! The instructor also made it soooo much more fun and enjoyable too. If you dont have the right amount of energy in that heat, you won't make it lol 😆
