Bob, one of the gentleman who works at Eastern Heat Pump, had come to our home on behalf of Turn Cycle Solutions to evaluate a possible wine cellar solution. Ultimately, Turn Cycle suggested we work directly with Eastern Heat Pump team and provided a warm hand off email. After several emails and phone calls, I’ve observed Eastern Heat Pump inconsistently respond back to us offering to come start the work, but never provide a quote or put us on the schedule.
