I came into the trades because I wanted meaningful work, and this place delivers. The culture is safety-first and do-it-right, not “hurry up and hope.” My truck is stocked, the support line actually answers, and if a job needs extra time to be done properly, management backs the techs. That matters.
What I love most is how we treat customers -show up when we say we will, keep the work area clean, explain what we’re doing, and leave things better than we found them. Winter gets busy (no surprise), but the team pulls together and nobody’s asked to cut corners. Training and mentorship are real, not just buzzwords.

I had to come on here and share what a wonderful technician I had yesterday. They sent Brandon out to my house for issues I have had for several weeks with my boiler. He explained the issue, gave me helpful tips on what I can do and explained why it was doing what it was! He was kind and courteous and never treated me like a moron homeowner! I like to know WHY things are doing what they are doing and know if I can prevent things! I also do my yearly maintenance on it so not sure why these issues are popping up now, but they sent the right guy for the job! Thank you Dead River for the great employee you have there!
