There are many wonderful people that work here. There are also a few that are not so wonderful. As a D.P.O.A.H for an individual, I no longer feel comfortable bringing the patient here, despite the wonderful job the PCP does.

Let me start by saying I had abnormal images done at Elliot Hospital and had a follow up about appointment made with my primary provider. I was never made aware of the images being abnormal or needing additional images. I recently reached out to an attorney because I never gave it a thought how dismissed I was. My brain had herniated through my skull in two places and I kept complaining of headaches. Thankfully a year later I read my own report requesting I get further imaging done and then took myself to Boston. So disgusted with Dartmouth. Awful experience! I would be pursuing legal action if it wasn't outside the three year limitation. If something happens go to Boston and make sure you fight if you know something isn't right.

I recently changed to Dr Meghana Tadepalli in the Bedford practice. She is quite knowledgeable and kind, great with follow up needs. Quality of care is excellent and I've yet to wait beyond my appointment time. She's very refreshing to work with.

My daughter has an endocrinologist and a gastroenterologist here and they are caring and informative. They truly don't overlook anything that I have experienced/experience regarding my daughter or concerns that I had/have. The staff try to accommodate us as best as possible.

Do they even have doctors here? We waited in urgent care for two hours after being seen by the nurse. I get that staffing is a problem these days but do I have to be near death to see someone?

Stunned at the behavior, disrespect, lack of professionalism, and rude words of Dr. Nguyen. I have never met him until today (September 9, 2022). My husband and I arrived at 12:20 for my 12:40 appointment. We had to stand in line with everyone coming in to the "check in" area. We had several people in front of us. Once we got upstairs, it was 12:37 pm. No one was at the reception desk, but a generic sign stating someone would be with you so have a seat. We went into the appointment at approximately:12:42/43 for my 12:40 appointment due to their wait times. The doctor finally came in, and he was anxious, seemingly upset and very hurried. He said he was there to talk about my CT scan, and I relayed I was having a significant problem with my left groin area and bleeding, and my leg giving out. He got upset and lashed out saying my appointment is 12:40 to 1:00, and why wasn't I there on time and became combative, asking what time did we get there. Then he said I should have been there at 12 instead (angrily) and it's not his problem about check in, etc..can't be there at 12 as my 92 year old mother lives with us, and a therapist was at the house. Email check in asked for 12:15 for my 12:40 appointment. We were sitting upstairs before 12:40, but no receptionist was there. Then he would not allow me to talk about the REASON I ASKED FOR THE APPOINTMENT, but wanted to just talk about the CT scan, which I already had results from a week ago. He was angry, and relayed I'm very constipated (CT scan), so my stomach probably hurts and that is what I'm feeling. I am NOT constipated at all. No stomach pains. It's my groin area. I can pinpoint the painful area as if my linguinal tendon might be torn or whatever might be happening, and he just would NOT listen to me. He brushed me aside, didn't listen. He was very rushed and angry that I was even mentioning this. Constantly stating I was late and it was only a 20 minute appointment. We could not believe his terrible demeanor and the things he was saying to us. My husband is a DHART pilot, and he has never witnessed such medical unprofessional behavior like this. It got so bad that we finally just got up and told him this is bullshit behavior, terrible appointment, and we weren't going to put up with this, and we walked out. We immediately called for the Medical Director and left a message with patient relations I believe. This doctor should not be practicing with behavior like this. Isn't the patient supposed to relay what is bothering them rather than the doctor demanding what you're going to talk about? We could not believe his demeanor. It was sincerely that bad. He did not care at all why I was there or about what was bothering me. I couldn't even say much of anything due to him talking over me. We were so shocked at the way he was behaving, and the things he was saying that it caught us off guard so didn't know how to respond other than walking out. He wouldn't stop about the timeline of 20 minutes and being late, and even said he was reviewing my file for 20 minutes so I should have been there on time, and it's not his problem, but we WERE THERE ON TIME FOR A 12:40 APPOINTMENT. It was sincerely abusive behavior by a physician. Just a WOW experience. Unacceptable.

My daughter had a Pediatric appointment. The nurse Megan C. had absolutely no bedside manner. She was so incredibly rude. It always amazes me that people like her go into the nurse profession. The doctor herself was only okay. A little pushy with her advice also siding with the nurse's rudeness at first. I didn't even want to give a one star, but had no choice because of this site. I do not recommend this Pediatrics.

Horrible experiences. I go in for an issue that needed to be resolved by a small procedure- I got staph infection. I go in recently for a physical- they wouldn't give me my TDAP even after I told them I wasn't getting the covid vaccine. Straight up walked out of my room. Go somewhere else.
