Creative Vision installed a beautiful hickory floor in our bedroom. I don't leave too many reviews but I thought this one was warranted. Any job is easy when everything goes perfectly. For me, the real test is when things don't go as planned.
When the installers showed up to start putting the floor in it didn't take long to see that there was a problem with the flooring itself. The installers notified me of the issue and suggested I call the owner of the company, Rick. Right away it was clear that Rick was concerned and interested in getting it right. Creative Vision Flooring was an amazing company to work with. Rick was very easy to deal with and everything he promised us was done to perfection. The guys that installed the floor did a great job and never stopped working. It took them two days to complete the job, which is what we were told and they cleaned up before leaving. GREAT JOB!! 😊
