Wow. I've been having awful issues with e-mails bouncing from particular customers...it just started happening out of the blue and I couldn't figure it out. Everyone I called was unable to help...it was insanely frustrating and sort of unprofessional as I needed to send out some messages through my personal e-mail.I happened to meet Josh outside my office and he agreed to come and have a look. Within twenty minutes the issue was resolved. Weeks of aggravation and frustration over in a moment. Josh and Computer Commuter are absolutely TOP NOTCH. Josh was very professional, I had scheduled an appointment for the 2nd of Jan with him, he called New Years day and asked if it was ok to swing by at 5:30pm. I was stunned that he would do that for something that was not an emergency. He spent testing my PC out and knew what to fix. Had my PC good as new in little over an hour.Highly recommend!Thank Josh and I will use your services if I need them in the future.
I actually ended up not needing his services, but I spoke on the phone with him a couple of times and he really helped me with some troubleshooting. Basically my cpu died and he guessed it almost instantly with the info he asked me about it. I was able to get my system back up and running without having to get it serviced. He was polite and extremely helpful throughout and was always attentive to my questions. I have no doubt he would have been able to fix the issue much faster than I did and will definitely be using him in the future if I can't manage a repair myself.
