I truly can not say enough positive things about Casco, and specifically Kevin Berkebile.In a time of relatively poor customer service becoming normal, Casco consistently goes above and beyond on all aspects.They are professional, communicative, punctual, and polite.On multiple occasions, Kevin has personally helped me after-hours with technical support. Casco is a large reason why my business is so successful!A+++

They got me the part I needed in less than a day, which was quicker than the other vendors I asked could do, and for a fair price (within a couple dollars of the lowest price I could find). Friendly, helpful customer service.

We contacted Casco after hours on a Thursday when we realized our stand up warmer died in our food trailer. We have a wedding and a retirement this weekend and were panicking. Kevin answered us after hours and said even though they are booking out a few days that he would try and fit us in tomorrow, which was a Friday and our last chance to have someone come out before our events. We were leaving for a brewery event at 2:30 and he said he would try his best. He called me around 11am and said his technician finished up early in Nashua and could come to us next! Thank God! We didn’t catch the name of the tech but he was polite, professional, and got our warmer up and running quickly! We can now cater our events and make our customers special days happen! Beyond grateful for Kevin and his team!
