So I want to start off saying I did not hire this person. I am selling my house and the buyers found this person. Everything I am about to write is my opinion and you can take it for what it is.In my opinion Matt Anderson has no clue about older homes what so ever! On top of that I felt like he was a know it all who has to justify his existence. He is they type of person who no one liked in high school, not trying to be mean, but that was my interpretation from the second I spoke to him.I own one of the oldest houses in my town. The structure of the home was repaired by a mason who has almost 50 years of experience and a carpenter who has over 25 years experience.... read full review

Had Matt Inspect a home my family was looking to buy in Meredith. Not only did he do an amazing comprehensive home inspection (catching many things that were failed to be disclosed by the seller) resulting in his home inspection paying for itself multiple times over in negotiations; He also was the easiest person in the world to work with and a nice honest guy, tells it like it is. He is a true professional in every aspect!
