Susan is a great Pilates instructor. Since starting weekly classes with her a few years ago, I have gotten dramatically stronger and more flexible. It is the perfect compliment to outdoor exercise and the rest of my workout routine. She is constantly changing the exercises to keep things interesting and challenge the class in a natural progression. Susan is also keenly focused on posture and form in the exercise and so helpful with her cueing to ensure we get the most out of the exercise. I can’t imagine a better Pilates experience than training with Susan at Pilates for Everybody.

I have taken private lessons and mat classes from Susan for almost 2 years. Prior to that I could barely walk due to back pain, specifically lumbar and fascet joint pain. I am 64 and have psoriatic arthritis. Susan watches my workouts with a keen eye and over the course of time has corrected my body, worked my core, and though I still have aches and painsm I can dance and walk for miles. Her teaching style is polite and respectful and FUN. I have no desire to do pilates at home or alone. Her minute and small corrections while going through her workout keep me on track for good technique. She has tailored my workouts for whatever I am wanting to do.
