Josh took the time to explain the best options for our home and made sure we understood everything before moving forward. The installation went smoothly, and we felt confident knowing we were in good hands.

Repeated failures: Not the technician's fault, but how the business is run is poor, at best. $300 to just make an appointment (charged my card only to schedule it) when we lost heat, waited over 12 hours in the cold for the guy to arrive- who told me he had just be told of the appointment, that it had never been on the books, then another $300+ for the service. Second time we lost heat- same thing, I thought it was a fluke- nope.
Now- I made an appointment to get a quote to either fully replace or repair our furnace- and I get a text the morning of the appointment cancelling it as they have their facts wrong. No phone call, just a text, after I rearranged a work day to clear time for this appointment.
AI answers your calls, makes appointments that are not actually available. Overall- may have been good at one point- but too expensive, irregular service, and huge fees for lackluster service and a really frustrating AI at the administrative level to work with.
The firm has hired nice technicians, and I understand it is not their fault- but I have lost faith in their honesty and integrity.
I am finding a new firm to handle this (potentially) large project.

I called about my water heater leaking around 11:30 am and Matthew was at my house by 1:00. He looked over everything and said I needed a new one. At 3:00, James and Jason were at my house installing a new water heater. They did a great job.
