Awesome. Canβt say enough good about these guys. Came out to my home and gave me heat after being out for already 24 hrs. I called 6 fuel and oil places local to Manchester NH. Andrew was the only one who was willing to help me out. I have never appreciated the heat as I do now. Not a one, oil/ heating type business would give me and my 2 dogs the time of day, not even suggestions of what to do, like I received here, as well. Andrew came through with πΊπΈβ€οΈπΊπΈππ₯. Thanks so much for your much needed help. β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ at a definite time of need. I support this business 100%

Currently sitting in my cozy warm home thanks to SNHE. This review is loooong overdue. Andrew and his team have been keeping our home warm for about 2 years now. First of all their customer service is unmatched, I always get a email or call back when I leave a message. Second the delivery driver is always professional and answers any questions I have. With my most recent delivery, I dropped the ball, we were about to be out of oil before the holidays, but SNHE made a Christmas Eve delivery and now my house has been warm through the holidays and these cold January days.
So thank you again for continuing to keep us warm with great service and cheap prices.

Very disappointed with Southern New Hampshire Energy in Londonderry, NH.
Both my husband and I called repeatedly to order oil, and no one ever answered the phone. Since we couldnβt reach anyone, we placed our order online on 12/16, and the money was taken out of our account on 12/17.
After being charged, we still hadnβt received any information about delivery. Because no one was answering the phones again, I used the website chat feature. Thatβs when I was told we wouldnβt receive our oil until 12/26 β 10 days after placing the order β because they are βso busy.β
I was also told that if I had left a voicemail, someone would have called me back and I would have received my oil sooner. Apparently, placing an order online puts you at the bottom of the delivery list, which was never explained anywhere during the ordering process.
This is right before Christmas, and now we may be out of oil for the holiday due to poor communication and lack of customer service. Charging customers immediately but making them wait 10 days for delivery β with no warning β is unacceptable. It also raises the question: what happens if prices drop while youβre waiting?
Between unanswered phones, lack of transparency, and long delays, this experience has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this company, especially during peak winter months.

I just moved into my first place that requires oil to heat instead of gas. I had no experience with tanks and knowing how soon to fill. Previous tenant left the tank empty. Practically dry. I got about a week out of it. Then temps dropped to below freezing and I was cold. Southern NH energy came out and helped me out big time and understood my situation! Tony is great and he was prompt! In and Out and i was warm again.
