Fantastic service and excellent communication. Could not be happier with the service and installation. Rob and team are fantastic to work with. Just adding to this review as we’ve had the team out for several projects and could not be happier with responsiveness, service, and quality of work.
This experience with Rob Roy has been a bit of a turmoil. With the awful past winter last year, and the beginning of this year was off to a slow start. We had several rescheduled dates to install an air conditioner. Other mishaps were encountered, with a great deal of disappointment on my behalf. The first initial installation date was to be December 28th 2024. The final installation date turned into April 2nd. The job was done with much care, and efficiency. I was pleased, but never received a call to make sure I understood ever about it.
Rob and Cara came out to replace my pressure relief valve and expansion tank for my boiler. They were extremely knowledgeable on my system and were able to answer all the questions I had about what went wrong and what I might need to replace in the future as well as proper maintenance procedures going forward.
They quickly replaced the valve and the expansion tank then tested and cleared the air out of the system.
I could not have been happier with their service and I will definitely be calling them again regarding a broken support bolt on my upstairs toilet.
