I just had precision pest control come to my house to remove mouse infestation and contaminated insulation in my cellar. Steve and his son were extremley knowlegeable and did a great job, and hepa vacuumed the whole cellar. Barbara, head of internal opperations, was very nice and kind to talk to. Matt was wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions and eased my concerns. The treatment was completed quickly. Also, the office manager was understanding of my issues and responded accordingly. This whole process was easy and at a reasonable price. These guys were the best! We had a yellow jacket problem, they were getting into our house. Initially, when I called, they didn’t seem to have anyone that was able to come out same day. A couple minutes later, they called me back and were able to squeeze me in! Steve came out within the hour and took care of the problem. We couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided. Steve was very nice and explained what he did in detail. Also, the price was very fair. Thank you so much for your help!
