Very friendly staff, that greet me by name every time I walk through the door. The equipment and facility is always clean. The staff are continually on the floor keeping the place clean. Most members clean the equipment after use. The tanning section is exceptionally clean as well. Overall it is a very comfortable atmosphere to where you feel welcomed.

The staff is always helpful and cheerful. The gym is always clean and members do a good job of wiping down the machines when they’re finished using them. This might sound silly, but I really like the color scheme and tiles in the women’s locker/rest room. Purple and gray tiles. Very nice. There are always fresh flowers in there also. They’ve done a fabulous job with this gym. The massage chairs are great after (or even before) a workout and I like being able to see houses being flipped or renovated on HGTV if it’s a cardio day and I can watch TV. I had to take a moment and comment on this Planet Fitness (LONDONDERRY) !!! because after a stressful day, I always walk in here and am always welcomed with a Smile! The gym is always super clean, nice and cool, and employees are always good toMe and accommodating. Truly makes you feel comfortable and can tell they are genuine people! I would recommend this location to anyone in the Area near Derry or Salem… !!???
