My diabetic dog goes here and It took a while to get the prescription for his insulin for the first time. It was almost a week from the day of diagnosis. Their treatment plan is working and his condition is improving so they're doing a good job but sometimes it feels like they have other priorities and that my dog's well being isn't really one of them. But as long as my dog is getting his treatment that's all that's important to me and they do get that done.

Our 12-year-old dog had a stroke and was down and having trouble breathing. They took the animal and made us wait for 2 hours without word. When they finally returned to the waiting area, they told us they wanted to do more tests and that the dog was in an oxygen tent. We felt that she should probably be euthanized but they convinced us to wait. No one called as to the dog's condition for hours. We finally got someone to call us back near closing time and told us that our dog had another stroke. That was it. We told them we were coming for the dog and allowing her to die at home if they wouldn't put her down. It had become cruel for her and us at that point.... read full review

Honestly I'm have zero complaints nor recommendations for improvement. (Although yes open hours on the weekend would be nice. ) I have gone to them for several years with very sick pups and they were stellar in their care. Compassionate and diligent, the docs listen carefully to concerns. Manage expectations. Try to think of options to increase chances of overcoming difficult diagnoses such as congestive heart failure. My latest visit I do compliment them as i arrive too early for my scheduled appointment by my mistake. And I compliment the doctor for the very thorough visit.
