Great service. Making an appointment was easy, they confirm appointments and contact you when service rep is on their way. Technician was professional and friendly. Explained why repair was needed and how they were going to repair it.
Their highly skilled technician, “Mike” came to my home and quickly diagnosed and repaired the 2 parts that were causing the burning smell that prevented my AC not to turn on. I want to also thank Kyle, for bearing with me as I tried to explain the issue and understand from him, what could have happened and how it would be repaired. Kyle immediately scheduled the Mike to come out to my home and fix the issue!
