Great Doctor, Superior team, but I always seem to have issues when trying to pay a bill online. They want you to mail in a check OR pay over the phone verbally, but there's NO OPTION to pay by HSA card online & print out a receipt, my preferred method of payment.
There's not even any boxes on the mail-in form to allow for the HSA info. That means, that I have to call-in my payment, and wait for an email with the receipt.
It's 2025 people, let's do better. :)
