Keri was great to work with when it came to choosing plumbing fixtures, tile and paint colors. She insured that the end product would look great and coordinate properly. Lastly, we want to thank Nick, Shaun and all of the sub-contractors for their unbelievable work. The entire team was very professional, amicable, knowledgeable and always arrived on the job site on time and on the day they were scheduled. We are now entering the second project with Crossroads since we were so pleased with the result of our kitchen. After meeting with several contractors we decided that Crossroads was accurate and upfront regarding the scope, cost and timeline to complete our job. We wanted to gut our entire 2400 Square foot/2 car garage townhouse and replace everything. Our desire was to remove a wall to eliminate the dining room and enlarge the kitchen, to reconfigure the stairs and add a closet, and to redesign and enlarged two bathrooms as well as to install all new insulation, electrical and plumbing. A second zone for heat/AC was added and a fireplace was even moved. Crossroads helped us pick out our tiles, hardwood flooring and countertops and cabinets. Basically they held our hands and walked us through every step of the process which is what we wanted. Crossroads was great every step of the way. Everyone was easy to work with, made sure our vision was captured in the design and helped us navigate every step of the process. Obviously with any job this size there were issues that arose but Crossroads was on top of them and helped us make informed decisions. There were no extra costs except for changes we asked them to make and the prices of these changes were reasonable. They were there for us from beginning to end and have followed up several times since the completion to see if there are any issues.
