Jim Smith was very competent and very expedient in giving us our quote for redesigning our dining room into a family room with french doors. His staff were wonderful, working with each other very well and checking with us when questions arose. Always on time. Cleaned up every day and put materials away safely. We requested that they paint the room on the second day of work. No problem. Done well. We will contact Jim for any future renovations. Recommend his work highly. Good quality. I highly recommend Jim and his crew from NorthMark. What started out as a kitchen and bath remodel turned into a whole house remodel. They did an outstanding job and worked around my schedule. We were living 1 1/2 hours away and could not have gotten this done if it wasn't for Jim.
