Had a broken water line in the baseboard heater that hasn't worked since we moved in two years ago. Called at 9:30pm and received a call back within 10 minutes. Guy walked me through the maze of plumbing over the phone so I could shut the water off to only the baseboard. Cost $0.00!!!! Would highly recommend; quick to respond and nice professional service.

When we got home and had no heat, we were extremely worried. We spoke to the on-call technician Matt, who helped try to triage the call over the phone. It was determined it needed to be serviced in person. Matt showed up quickly to our home, and had the heat fixed in under 3 hours from the initial phone call. He was so friendly, explained every step and provided a great service. He gave great recommendations moving forwards on how to maintain our heater/boiler, and by the time he left, our house was 70 degrees F inside! Thank you Matt and team. We will definitely be utilizing you for all things moving forwards.

Our toilets backed up and they sent out an emergency crew the same day, which was very helpful. However, maybe because their crew doesn’t normally do this type of work, it took the two workers 4 HOURS and every possible billable tool to figure out how to unclog the drain. They finally did get things flowing, but the system started backing up again a couple of days later and we were in the same predicament. It turns out that they only got some of the blockage out, but failed to put their camera back up to verify their work before they left. As a result, the rest of the material quickly set into place.
After speaking with the owner, they said because water was flowing at the time they left, they were not responsible for what happened after they left. I had to pay over $1200 for super shoddy, low quality work that didn’t rectify my issue.
Desperate to avoid additional expenses because Schofield wasn’t able to come immediately, I connected some random pex I had to my garden hose and shoved it up from the septic tank side. After about 30 minutes of flushing, I was able to dislodge a massive glob of Clorox wipes and everything started flowing smoothly.
So what took 2 “experts” 4 HOURS and every professional tool imaginable to (not) fix the issue, someone with experience limited to a plunger was able to accomplish in about 35 minutes.
Based on my experience, and having now shared with other people with very similar experiences with Abbott, I would highly recommend trying a different plumbing company. Schofield is probably the best in the area from everything I’ve heard.
I will say that the two Abbott employees that came out were very cordial and personable.

I would never use this company again after they overcharged me. Sending 2 guys with one being an apprentice and one standing around doing nothing. They lost my business as I am looking to have some work done now. I can't even believe the positive reviews with this company. Well if you want to be overcharged I guess this is the place for you. That is your reply to bad reviews - I absolutely paid you over a thousand dollars. Horrible company!

Everyone is so pleasant and helpful, they have been there every time we needed them and very reasonably priced! Matt has been so wonderful, he explains everything and gives us options for resolving our plumbing issues.

I had my kitchen pipes redone. Let’s start off with the work was okay. However, the multiple attempts to withdraw crazy amounts of money afterwards was problematic for me! I was asked to sign a contract with no amount disclosed and recurring payments for one final payment under 300$ my card was charged from 100$ to 1500$ 6 times! All different amounts that were not even what was due. Please also note this was NOT my banks doing. Abbotts charged the same card 4 days prior and 1300$ came out smoothly! This took place on a holiday followed by a holiday weekend. I had to block the company from my bank! My review is staying regardless of outcome for a solution because I want people aware when you sign a contract with this company pay close attention and watch your bank account!!!

Wonderful service: I called and they picked up the phone, a really nice person spoke with me, asked thoughtful questions, placed me on a brief hold, and came back with a couple appointment options in the following week!! Absolutely amazing for this area!! A very nice person came, did an excellent job, very professional, the price was very fair.
