I purchased a Ford Edge in October in within 2 weeks my engine needed to be replaced but not without fighting with them . Ford not Chevrolet had the engine replaced with a used engine and it only cost me $175 which I thought was a good deal . 2 weeks ago my battery died this was after I asked when I purchased the car if the battery was new of course I was told yes . They wanted to check they did charge me $89 to put it on a computer then said it would be five hundred dollars to replace it . Courier Automotive in Whitefield replaced it for $200 a week later my check engine light came back on I brought it in today for an appointment I made which by the way they didn't put into the computer which is what they also did when I had the battery issue . Today they told me it would cost $189 to put it on the computer again . I was told they would not work on my car because I wouldn't stop complaining about all the issues I have had in the dealings with I have had with this car . Again I brought the car back to careers in Whitefield who said that they mechanics do not charge anything to do this computer check and again Leon took care of it . I will never ever purchase a car from these people again . I will however be driving this car around with a sign that states Littleton Chevrolet sold me a lemon . I would also like to add that my neighbor who purchased his car one month after me has had nothing but dealings and issues with his vehicle which is a pre -owned certified pre-owned vehicle that Littleton Chevrolet refuses to fix without charge . I would not recommend purchasing any car new or used by Littleton Chevrolet , as they do not take care of their customers . When you buy a vehicle you should not have to fight to have your vehicle repaired especially when you haven't even made the first payment but has not been in your physical custody for over a month .

Asked them to diagnose plow lights problem. They charged $189 for the diagnosis but couldn't figure it out so They came back for another $300 for diagnostic time. I was already on the hook for ~$200 when I complained the general manager said too bad and because he didn't like my tone made me pay cash to get my truck back. I bought the truck and plow from them ~15 years ago and had them service both over the years. The lights weren't working on the plow, on an old truck and they wanted $500 to tell me what's wrong but could not guaranty that they could tell me what was wrong. I suggest that they are incompetent.
