Kathy gave a wonderful, relaxing facial. I also tried the lash and brow tinting. I think I'll do it again. I think it made them darker without mascara.

Highly disappointed with the level of service I received the last time I went to Vivo and will not return. I previously had good experiences getting pedicures to the point where I recommend them to others. I was looking forward to my last appointment. I booked an essential pedicure for 9 AM. At 8:59 AM, I walked into the salon. No one was at the desk to greet me and a hairstylist just happened to wander by and tell me they don't open until 9 AM. I'm sorry, should I wait in my car for one minute? The nail technician and a hairstylist were the only two people present and they spent the first 15 minutes of my appointment changing a light bulb. Please note, I was sitting in a chair waiting while they did this. There was no apology, instead they had fun taking pictures pf them doing this activity to send to their boss and post on Instagram. Then the nail technician had to fill the basin and prep for my pedicure. At this point, I was a little aggravated but figured I would relax once I got my feet in the water. Sadly, that was not the case. My technician rushed through my pedicure and it only took her about 20 minutes instead of the 45 minutes that it has taken in the past. She clearly had another client right after me and kept telling the other client "I'm almost done." "I'll be done shortly." It made me feel like I was an imposition even though I was the one paying for the service. She took up 25 minutes of my pedicure time playing with a lightbulb and doing prep that should have been done before they opened. It was extremely unprofessional and rude. The pedicure was fine but I go for the atmosphere and relaxation as well. I left feeling agitated and angry. Needless to say, I will not be back nor will I recommend them to anyone in the future.

Disappointing experience from start to finish. Was looking for basic hair care post accident/surgery and felt like I was a real imposition to their day and that they couldn't be bothered by a 'non-regular' customer. Good to know. I hope these young ladies never find themselves in need of a helping hand.
