For such a small show room, the local store has a lot of products to view. Salesperson was helpful. Website was easy to use. Great prices. The third-party installer was the weak link in an otherwise seamless purchase.

Fabulous experience from start to finish! Great selection. They were happy to let me purchase during a sale and then held my flooring until I needed it! Product was excellent. I choose oak hardwood and it went down seamlessly. Had extra flooring when job was done and they let me return it without a penalty and happily returned my money. It doesn't get any better than that!
