I have been going to Cathie for over 10 years. She's great and always spends time with me to check in with me before my massage. I always leave feeling refreshed. She's great at finding the perfect pressure that isn't too light or too hard. I miss working in Lebanon because I got to see her on a regular basis. She's definitely worth the drive, though, and is one of the best massage therapists in the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee region.

Cathie's offerings are all amazing! I have been to see her a few times now for therapuetic massage and each time I leave feeling so much better with less muscle tension. I have also had the add on foot treatment which was lovely especially with the essential oils and peppermint smelling foot spray and again very therapuetic. I highly recommend her!!

Truly enjoyed my massage by Cathie! I received a sports massage with hot stones. It was so relaxing and she sas able to get the muscle knots out of my back. What I like about Cathie is that she is personable. She truly wants to help her clients get pain free and tailors the massage to each individuals needs. She also made me feel safe and respected. I would highly reccomend her! A massage would make a wonderful gift for any hard working loved one.

Cathie is wonderful! She creates a soothing and relaxing environment that helps me begin to destress as soon as i walk in. She uses the perfect amount of pressure and I am always very relaxed after my appointment. I feel very nurtured and well taken care of every time I see her. I used to think of massage as a once a year treat and now, I try to go at least every other month. Her massages really are that wonderful!

If you are looking for a friendly face, a calming atmosphere, and a perfect massage then look no further. Cathie is amazing at what she does. Even with it being my first time meeting her our conversation was that of two people who have known each other for a while. She is so pleasant, caring, patient...she is just amazing. If I am ever back in the Lebanon area again for long enough to get a massage then I will absolutely schedule an appointment with her!
