I found out today they're discontinuing the service we use and they refuse to offer me other service options. Do they not have any? Do they not want our business for some reason? This is mind-boggling. I should also note, they didn't inform me as the account owner, but one of my staff members who updated me. Very unprofessional.
After hours of investigation it was deduced that the allowance of access to my google account data to AppCast was the reason all of my emails, personal and non, were hacked. The employer I worked for had specifically told me not to enter my severely sensitive data through their services for the sole purpose of what i could only assume was them knowing the susceptibility of their software to hackers. I acknowledged the red flag and ignored it(luckily not entering my SSN in any forms as asked to). Hopefully reading this you will not have to go through the same troubles i have in the last 48hrs.
