This place is just wonderful. I have taken multiple different classes by different instructors and all have been absolutely lovely. Personable, knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. Highly recommend for any level of yahoo practice.
Good place to start your Yoga journey. The instructor was very personable and friendly. My first time I left class feeling so relaxed, I felt great after a long stressful work day. I recommend you give it a try, prices are great. The environment is clean and calming. Great place to quiet your mind and relax.
Just did Sheryl’s online class. I’ve taken her in person class as well. She’s a PROFESSIONAL and expert at what she does. I’ve tried online classes before and no one comes close to what she does. Her voice is also so calming to listen to while she guides you through the practice. I live in Salem,MA so taking these online classes are must for me. If I lived closer. I’d be there a few times a week! I highly recommend!
