Exactly what I needed! I have been dealing with some health issues lately, likely remnants of long Covid. I have worked closely with my doctor and have had limited relief. I was interested in a massage while I visited Laconia and searched Google. I am so glad I looked carefully, my treatment session with Vince Martino was a game changer! I feel better than I have in weeks! With what felt like a combination of massage, trigger point, tapping and energy work I am enjoying relief from stiffness, inflammation general aches. I am so grateful to Vince for his kind and compassionate work! I highly recommend his services!

The deep tissue session was excellent . It was a great recovery strategy for doing CrossFit 5-6 times a week. Vincenzo has a great personality and takes the time to ask how you are feeling and what your goals are for the session . He is very knowledgeable on how to promote healing from muscle strains and general soreness.
