I called the office very stressed about a sudden leak in a first floor ceiling that coincided with melting snow. Within 90 minutes Joe came by to check out what could be causing the issue. He said he’d send a crew the next day in the afternoon. The crew showed up at 7am the next day to assess, a great morning surprise. Threw some ice melt on the roof section and said he’d be back in the afternoon. As promised, came back and issue was fixed very promptly and for a very fair price. Will return for any future needs.
We used W.E. Brown for our roof installation in Keene. Our previous roof was 3 tab, and probably 25 years old. Brown came in with a competitive estimate including replacing two skylights for us. Overall we'd talked to 4 different roofing companies and were happy with our choice- the roof looks great and was completed in two days. Brown also communicated very well and was quick to answer questions for us- the owner was even helping out as they were finishing the job.
Great job replacing my roof. Plans were very clear from the start, the crew and supervisor were very respectful, hard working and wonderful. Job was done in one day. Cleanup was spotless.
