Excellent, reliable and knowledgeable. My 120-year-old barn needed stabilization and a new corner post as the old one (which was an inferior replacement post from before I purchased the property) collapsed from dry rot. I got estimates from three other contractors, and prices were all over the place. So were the estimates of how much work it would take. I was getting ready to empty out my savings account when I found JM Kenny's listing and decided to try them out.
