Mike is fantastic - an incredibly knowledgeable professional who has helped me to become so much healthier. I started a year and a half ago with the general goal of getting stronger, and that has absolutely happened. However, I also had chronic knee pain which has gone away thanks to all of the strengthening exercises. It’s amazing! I have never felt better, and highly recommend Mike to anyone. He is kind, approachable, and incredibly professional. Worth every penny.

I trained with Mike weekly for about a year and had a great experience. I had been working with kettlebells for a while and sought out Mike as a trainer because I wanted to start lifting heavier and understand the mechanics of using a barbell.Mike effectively understands how to put the concept of progressive overload into action and is always calculating weights and percentages to make sure you are indeed getting stronger. Nothing that you've spent years doing to yourself gets fixed overnight, but working with Mike for the last 16 months or so has made me physically feel like a new person. Nearly all of my chronic pain is gone. Years and years of sciatica pain and hip pain has disappeared. I feel better at 40+ than I have ever felt as an adult. I move easier, I'm so much stronger, and I don't sound like my dad when I'm bending over to pick things up anymore. I cannot recommend training with Mike enough. He's also a wonderful masseuse.
