The gentlemen from Decatur Heating Services answered my emergency call when water was leaking from my ceiling. They were prompt, great communicators, thorough, and assessed the situation well. They even provided references to a plumber when my problem was not HVAC related. When my tankless hot water heater died recently, Brad found time for me in his schedule, gave me a fair and prompt quote, installed the unit and coordinated with Liberty to get it up and running quickly. He also knows his stuff and headed off potential issues by quoting a unit that's actually compatible with city gas. Before connecting with Decatur I'd received an overpriced quote for an incompatible water heater from one of his competitors. So yeah, Decatur are prompt, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Five stars.

I recently used Decatur heating services for a new furnace/boiler, and I could not have been happier with their service!!! always quick to respond to phone calls and text messages, very professional, and very matter of fact. Once we decided to move forward with a new furnace, they took care of everything.
