After requesting a delivery the weekend before Christmas I was pleasantly surprised when the delivery showed up early Christmas Eve day. But, when I then got a call from the dispatcher that they could not make a full delivery because of a defective filler whistle I had to call to set up a service appointment, which I was resolved would be after Christmas. I was elated to get another call a few minutes later saying that a repairman would be out soon. That person showed up about a half hour later and fixed the problem. My full oil delivery came later in the afternoon! What could have been a very annoying situation was averted thanks to the care I received from the whole team. I am grateful for such special service.
I have Dead River Co. For servicing my stand -by generator. Brian Priest installed it years ago and has been maintaining it ever since. I trust his judgement and expertise. I needed a new controller ,due to ants. This was replaced in a timely manner. Just had my yearly service on my generator.I wouldn't have any other company. I trust Dead River and Brian Priest.
